Calma.Basic is a curated collection of standardized, semi-furnished home configurations designed for faster, more predictable delivery from concept to construction.
Who provides structural engineering?
Structural engineering, Building Code compliance verification, and Design of Record services are provided by MDCC TECH OPC.
Where are components manufactured?
All building components are manufactured in San Simon, Pampanga, and shipped directly to the project site.
What is the target delivery timeline?
Approximately six months, subject to permitting, site conditions, and project scope. Delivery and logistics are for the Owner’s account.
What building height does Calma.Basic cover?
The collection is designed for residential buildings under 15 metres in height.
