JP Calma is a systems engineer, built-environment researcher, and founder focused on how buildings are designed, manufactured, and delivered.
His work combines AI-assisted design, Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA), and advanced construction systems — including PEB, GFRP, HSS/FML, and EPS building skins — with experience across more than 100,000 m² of interior fit-out and dozens of residential homes.
Over the course of his career, JP has contributed to more than 100,000 square metres of interior fit-out, completed dozens of residential homes, and worked across commercial, institutional, industrial, and residential developments. Early work pioneering GFRP structural systems in the Philippines contributed to projects recognized by ASEP.
